Shipping Policy

Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day. We take 24-48 hours to process and ship any order that is placed.

Delivery within Bangalore is done within 24 hours from the time that order has been received. Delivery Pan India is done within 3-7 working days. We only accept cancellation of the order before the order is shipped. Order will be deemed to be shipped when an email regarding the dispatch of shipment has been sent to your email ID registered with us.

Any cancellation request made by you after shipping will be declined by us.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at info@strworks.in or WhatsApp us on +91 9930777800 (preferred, or call: +91 9930777800) requesting us to cancel the order.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within seven working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

There is no shipping fee for orders equal to or above Rs. 1.
